Another favorite of ours, located in the heart of Sanlucar in Plaza Cabildo.
Casa Balbinos famous for it's tortilla de camarones or in English prawn fritters. However my favorite is the berenjena rellena which is aubergine stuffed with mince which has been cooked in Manzanilla. Of course this is all washed down with a bottle of the Manzanilla or white wine Barbadillo Castillo De San Diego.
Like most bars in Sanlucar they have a few high tables in the bar area and lots of tables and chairs outside to enjoy the heat of summer or the warm winter days. It does suffer from not receiving the sun in from quite early on in winter.
