Located on the Bajo de Guia, the 1st restaurant that you come to on this section.

Well what a pleasant surprise, now under new management a total re-fit, this modern fresh looking restaurant will certainly put the cat among the pigeons for the rest of the Bajo de Guia. The bar area has an area for tapas, with mezzine floor and top floor giving views over the National Park, it's nothing but a winner and will give Bigote a run for it's money if it continues with this excellent food/service

It's not before time that someone decided to write a menu different than everyone else here in Sanlucar, yes you can still get the fish you expect but you can also eat other dishes that you would never see in Sanlucar.

I've now been twice in the space of a few weeks

Entrees of tartar of corvina (white fish), a fish pate and langoustines of Sanlucar (expensive of course). The tartar and pate were excellent along with the langoustines. Next came breaded fish and fish balls with a shellfish sauce both of which were again faultless. We then shared a shellfish rice along with a selection of grilled fish.

The 2nd visit for a friend's birthday was as good as the first, although they had still not rectified the cold plate situation. We tried more of the main course specials; cod cooked with scallops, corvina with small clams, sea bass with shellfish sauce and fresh tuna with asparagus in a cheese sauce served in a puff pastry boat. All were excellent.

Dislikes: Desserts nothing more than the usual boring stuff and hot food served on cold plates, this did improve the 2nd time around but we still got food to serve from the centre of the table served in cold bowls/plates
