Airlines have been badly affected by the huge increase in fuel prices and the situation is effecting Jerez airport with more airlines reducing or cutting services.
Jerez airport has lost regular and direct flights to Madrid and Paris (Vueling), Manchester (Monarch), Bilbao (Spanair) and Barcelona (Clickair).
Ryanair is also dropping its service to Frankfurt and reducing the frequency of its London Stansted service to Jerez de la Frontera.
