Gibraltar La Linea access road toll

Well after months of legal battles the access to toll into Gibraltar will go ahead but the mayor nof La Linea have now agreed with European and National regulations, so the toll will be voluntary..... Yes all very strange. So how obvious will it be that the 5 Euro voluntry charge be.....???

Partido Popular Mayor of La Línea, Alejandro Sánchez, has been trying to implement teh charge after complaining that nearby towns get much more government aid and to boost it's coffers he wanted to introduce the charge for non- Spanish visitors to the rock.
