New speed limit in Spain

In order to save fuel and cut costs the government has lowered the national speed limit. The previous national speed limit was 120kph and is now 110kph.

100 Euros fine for 116 kph or 300 Euros for going at 141 kph. This will be for an initial 4 months.

Other measures adopted include discount of 20 Euros for renewing your car tyres , changing halogen lamps for LED's.
