English language assistant in Sanlucar 2013-2014?

I have a big house, and I have some bedrooms without using it. You will find more or less houses which are renting around 300 €/per month.
I would like to share my house with "auxiliares conversacion" (I have shared otther years). Without paying a rent.

All the house is completely furnished

If you need private parking place, there is it.

The house takes only 2 minutes to the beach. In the best private quiet residential area of Sanlucar (paddle courts, tennis courts, basketball court, cycle lane)

Estoy viviendo en una casa demasiado grande, y tengo varias habitacioens vacias. Un alquiler suele costar unos 300 euros (por lo menos).
Me gustaria compartir mi casa con "language assistant" (tengo experiencia de otros años con language assistant), y lo principal, no tendrias que pagar el alquiler.
Es una casa muy cerca de la playa, pistas de tenis, padel, baloncesto, carril bici. La casa esta totalmente amueblada, y no te tienes que preocupar de dar de alta la luz, el telefono,el gas,agua etc... Ya lo tengo yo todo hecho.
