Romería de El Rocío , river crossing

Could anyone please give me the date for the Romeria de el Rocio 2015, river crossing from Sanlucar

What information you want? dates. how to join in etc?

You can only join the crossing if you a within a group which has the permission from the Junta de Andalucia to make the river crossing. All strictly controlled by the Guardia Civil.

Thanks Ian for getting back to me ,no I dont want to join in but I would like to bring a friend to Sanlucar the day of the river crossing , will the day be 19th or 20th or 21st May ?

Sorry for the delay in getting back. I don't have 100% confirmation of the dates from the Tourist Office yet, so once this is done I'll update you.

It is always the Wed & Thursday before, so that 'should' be the 20th/21st May but many also start to arrive in Sanlucar on the Tuesday before.
