tapas in Sanlucar

Will be over-nighting in Sanlucar on Sunday 3 October. Does anyone know the percentage of tapas bars/restaurants that will be open? Also, will my stay coincide with the ‘Feria de la Tapa’?

All bars/restuarants will be open on Sunday, lunch time is the busiest time to eat out on Sunday. The tapa feria ius later in October.
