Sanlucar de Barrameda Feria 2014

I believe you may have a festival in Sanlucar de Barrameda in April - after Easter - is that correct? If so, I\'d be keen to tie the trip in with that festival Our focus will be on sherry (and other wines of southern Spain) and food, especially seafood.

Dates for Feria 2014 in Sanlucar will not be released un till the end of 2013 or early 2014.

Unfortunately we will have to lock in dates before the end of this year. Does no one decide the date of the feria earlier than 5-6 months out?

Correct, the dates are not released until later in the year. The dates for this years feria was released in November…!!

All I can say is that there will be a feria on in one town. After Seville feria (the 1st feria of the season) it is followed by Jerez, El Puerto de Santa Maria and then Sanlucar and so on in various towns. To be honest feria is not a place to taste good food, but just drink and people watch. Many of the restaurants/bars do not open during feria as everyone decamps to feria.
